Set approximately ¾ from the village of Betws y Coed with a private car park opposite the entrance.
We have a gravel drive and car park. The car park is at a higher level to the front patio area and has two steps down to it. The porch is one step up from the patio.
Assistance for portering luggage is always available.
The house is on two levels, ground and first floor. The first floor is reached by 15 steps with two landings in between. A handrail is on the right hand side of the stairs.
The ground floor is level throughout and has the dining room and two guest bedrooms. Both guest bedrooms have showers with one step into them.
There are three first floor bedrooms, one with a bath that has to be stepped into, one with a shower that has one step into it and the largest suite has a bath and shower that both need stepping into.
Stairs and landings are well lit.
Waiter service is standard in our Dining room.
Assistance dogs are welcome in our ground floor rooms.
Brochures and Menus can be provided in large print.
Mobile phone signals vary in the house but most can be obtained at the front of the house or top of the garden.
