Accessibility Statement

• Set approximately ¾ from the village of Betws y Coed with a private car park opposite the entrance.
• We have a gravel drive and car park. The car park is at a higher level to the front patio area and has two steps down to it. The porch is one step up from the patio
• Assistance for portering luggage is always available.
• The house is on two levels, ground and first floor. The first floor is reached by 15 steps with two landings in between. A handrail is on the right hand side of the stairs.
• The ground floor is level throughout and has the dining room and two guest bedrooms. Both guest bedrooms have showers with one step into them.
• There are three first floor bedrooms, one with a bath that has to be stepped into, one with a shower that has one step into it and the largest suite has a bath and shower that both need stepping into.
• Stairs and landings are well lit.
• Waiter service is standard in our Dining room
• Assistance dogs are welcome in our ground floor rooms
• Brochures and Menus can be provided in large print
• Mobile phone signals vary in the house but most can be obtained at the front of the house or top of the garden.
